Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons and the delicate nature of our jewellery, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect item selection
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Earrings (strictly non returnable for hygiene reasons)
  • Delays within the estimated shipping timeframe
  • Refused deliveries

We kindly encourage customers to review product details, sizing, and shipping information carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos and/or video of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Once approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A refund where applicable

Important information

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
